1. Both Bersi B1000 and B2000 Air Scrubbers employ 2-stage filters to capture different types of pollutants as standard. The Pre-filters are the first line of defense and capture larger particles such as dust, debris, and hair.The pre filters can’t be reused.The second HEPA filters are highly effective at capturing smaller particles, including allergens, mold spores, bacteria, and some viruses. These HEPA 13 filters are tested by SGS with efficiency>99.99%@0.3um, each of the HEPA filter will be individually be tested before installing. Bersi air scrubber don’t come with the Activated Carbon Filters, it’s an optional accessory and can be provided when customer request. These carbon filters are designed to adsorb and remove gases, odors, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the air.
2. The fans or blowers is the heart of the air scrubber, which draw in air from the surrounding environment and pass it through the filtration system. The airflow system ensures that a large volume of air is effectively cleaned. What makes Bersi air scrubber different with other competitors is our fan size is very small but creat more airflow. This enable us to make a more lightweight and portable machine for convinient transportation.
3.The operator can adjust the fan speed of B1000 and B2000. B1000 max airflow up to 1000m3/h( 600cfm), it can run at low speed of 300cfm and high speed of 600cfm.This airflow capacity allows for efficient air circulation and filtration in medium-sized industrial spaces. B2000 air scrubber with max airflow 2000 m3/h(1200cfm), the low speed is 600cfm , high speed is1200cfm. This robust airflow allows for efficient air circulation and filtration in large industrial spaces.
4. The B1000 and B2000 air cleaner are equipped with sensors for minitoring of filter status.The red indicator light warns when filters are clogged, an orange indicator light warns when filters are broken or leaked.
5. Bersi air scrubber B1000 and B2000 have daisy chain plug,allows you to power other electrical devices by using a single power outlet. They also comes with an hour meter to record the cumulative operating hours of the equipment.
6. Bersi air scrubber B1000 comes with an exhaust of 160mm diameter outlet, B2000 with a 254mm diameter air outlet for connecting the evacuation hose.
Bersi air scrubbers are portable units with heavy duty wheels, allowing them to be easily moved around in construction sites, renovation projects, and other industrial settings. Alternatively, they can be ducted units that are connected to the ventilation system of a facility to purify the air in a specific area or the entire building.
